We will give you realistic advice with regard to suggested asking prices, however, the final decision on the relevant asking price will inevitably be your decision.

The market appraisal will take 1 to 1½ hours depending on the size of the property and full details will be taken together with measurements so if you decide to prceed we can move quickly.

Our comprehensive advertising campaign will include luxury Sales Particulars with 5 colour views and luxury window displays. There is a weekly updated bulletin produced in house.  Our website www.rightmove.co.uk provides you the costumer and potential applicants with the widest coverage from UK’s largest property internet site reaching all corners of the country, indeed the world!

We will provide our clients with an accompanied viewing service. Advertising will be carried out through the Manchester Evening News publication Urban Life which is available on the high street every Wednesday free of charge and in addition on the same day we will have a full tabloid page promoting properties in the Manchester Evening News City Centre Edition itself.

Optional internal property videos if required can be presented on an internal office video screen.  Other optional marketing procedures include; floor plans and our prestige upmarket property brochure if required.
